Connecticut: 800 more QHPs in past week; 105.3K total
Last week I noted that I overestimated the number of QHP selections in Connecticut by 9,900 (oops). Today they've reported that 818 of that gap has since been made up:

Call Center will be open Sunday, January 15 instead of Monday, January 16 in honor of Martin Luther King Holiday
HARTFORD, Conn. (January 13, 2017) - Today, Access Health CT (AHCT) CEO Jim Wadleigh announced that 105,313 people are enrolled for 2017 coverage as of January 12th. In addition, Wadleigh announced that the AHCT Call Center will be open on Sunday, January 15th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and closed on Monday, January 16th for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
"We're quickly approaching the end of Open Enrollment and, as we see every year at this time, there's lots of customer interest,” said AHCT CEO Jim Wadleigh. “Over 7,800 people have already enrolled for coverage with a February 1st start date. Many customers are renewing their coverage, but we've also seen 11,158 new customers sign up for coverage with us this year.”

“With the state holiday on Monday, we wanted to make sure that customers had an extra day to get help signing up for coverage,” continued Wadleigh. “So we decided to open the call center on Sunday so that our staff can answer questions and help get people enrolled.”
“To have coverage starting February 1st, customers need to sign up by midnight on January 15th. If customers call and leave a message before the midnight deadline on January 15th, we will honor their enrollment. Meaning we will give them a February 1st coverage date,” said Wadleigh.
“If customers do not enroll by January 15th, there is still time left to enroll in 2017 coverage. Individuals enrolling between January 16 and January 31st will have coverage starting March 1st,” said Wadleigh.
