Be afraid. Be very afraid.
If I had to take a guess, I'd imagine it would be some sort of "reinterpretation" of PPACA Section 1332 Waiver regulations, similar to how Trump 1.0 CMS Administrator Seema Verma, attempted to completely warp Section 1332 back in 2018.
(I honestly don't have the foggiest idea what they're planning on announcing here; it might turn out to be something positive, but based on RFK Jr. & Dr. Oz's past performance, I wouldn't count on it.)
UPDATE 5:30pm: OK, it looks like this is what it's all about: The final version of the proposed "Integrity & Affordability Rule" which Trump's CMS posted back in March is out.
I'll be posting a full write-up on it soon. The short version is that it's not quite as bad as it could have been, but it's still pretty awful.
