Oregon: I stand corrected: Total QHPs up 3,103 in 19 days, breaks 100K mark!
Huh. OK, exactly 1 day after I snarkily speculated that Cover Oregon is unlikely to release an enrollment update anytime soon due to their increasingly-ugly legal (and technical) battles with Oracle Corp., take a guess what just happened this morning...

Dental enrollments
Total private dental insurance enrollments through CoverOregon 1: 20,018Net enrollments
Net private medical: 78,714
Net private dental: 14,299
On the one hand, the total QHP number has jumped an impressive 3,103 over a 19 day period, or 163/day, so good on them.
On the other hand, the net enrollments have dropped 3,591 since August 6th (about 4.4%) due to cancellations and terminations. While this is a somewhat higher rate than prior evidence has suggested (2-3% per month), it also mixes in unpaid enrollees, and considering the utter mess that Oregon's exchange is in, for all I know some of those may be due to "porting" to Healthcare.Gov for the new enrollment season or something.
Still, it's good to see Oregon back on the update trail (bad pun intended). Let's hope no one gets dysentery (although Obamacare will cover that if they do...)
