Weekly ACA Digest

Last week was horrible in many ways, especially for women in states like Tennessee, Ohio and Texas (I didn't happen to write about that one). Red states are clearly scrambling for "bragging rights" to be the deciding case on the Supreme Court overturning Roe vs. Wade.

On the upside, there was some good news in Colorado and especially Washington State, which is quietly pushing a bona fide state-based Public Option through with what appears to be minimal controversy.

Oh yeah...and Bernie Sanders rolled out an updated version of his Medicare for All bill, which finally includes LTSS...but still no funding mechanism.
